If you feel like something sporty to do, why not try some badminton. Every Wednesday night at Springers Leisure Centre is badminton. The starting time is at 8pm and it’s $5 to play, which is well worth it, considering the countless hours of fun and the great competition that’s there. On the plus side, it’s a good work out and great to play.

Make sure to bring your own racket and lots of water If you don’t have a racket, you can go down to your local Rebel Sport shop and pick up a good one for about $30. I recommend a Yonex B-760DF+, as they are good in weight and easy to use.
